Terms and conditions for using StrataFlow PMO services
Agreement to Service Terms
By accessing and using StrataFlow PMO services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all users of the service, including enterprise clients and individual users.
Platform Services and Functionality
StrataFlow PMO provides AI-powered risk signal detection software that analyzes work breakdown structures, identifies patterns, and generates risk signals and scenario alternatives. All system outputs are provided as NFA (Not Financial Advice) and require evaluation within your organizational context by qualified personnel.
Account Creation and Management
You must register for an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Permitted Use Guidelines
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services to upload malicious content, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in any activity that could harm our systems or other users.
Service Plans and Payment Terms
Our services are offered under various subscription tiers with monthly billing cycles. Fees are charged according to your selected plan, and payments are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in your service agreement.
Content Ownership and Usage Rights
You retain ownership of all data you upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide AI analysis and generate portfolio management insights.
AI Output Disclaimer and Limitations
All AI-generated outputs and risk signals are provided as NFA (Not Financial Advice). These outputs are analytical tools and should not be considered as professional advice for business decisions without proper evaluation by qualified personnel within your organization.
Platform Availability and Maintenance
We aim to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect service availability with advance notice when possible.
Software and Technology Rights
The StrataFlow PMO platform, including its AI algorithms, user interface, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.
External Service Connections
Our platform may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such integrations is subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party providers in addition to these terms.
Liability Limitations and Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrataFlow PMO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
User Indemnification Obligations
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StrataFlow PMO from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Service Termination Procedures
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the services will cease, and you may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
Legal Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
Terms Modification and Updates
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or platform notifications. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
